Jill co-founded Monetek in 2002. Since then, she has been hands-on in the management of hundreds of R&D tax credit studies and has extensive knowledge of issues related to R&D tax credits and other programs. She has worked in industries that include cosmetics, prosthetics, food processing, medical devices, plastics, aerospace and software development.
Jill is passionate about helping U.S. companies document and claim the credits they deserve. She truly enjoys seeing thriving American businesses rewarded for their innovation efforts and really wants to help her clients.
Monetek is a founding member of the National R&E Roundtable, and Jill participates in bi-weekly discussions of practice issues with its members.
Jill holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
She has written articles and regularly presents on R&D tax credits. Previously, Jill served as corporate counsel to a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and then worked at a national intellectual property law firm.

In his more than 25 years of experience, Adam has been successful in supporting new business growth nationwide through his leadership, creativity, energy, integrity, and credentials which are highly respected among valuation, IRS, and business professionals.
Adam’s passion is helping companies document and claim the R&D tax credit. Adam co-founded the National R&E Roundtable in 2009, a group that continues to meet regularly to advance the industry. Adam’s leadership role in the National R&E Roundtable resulted in a seat on a special committee set up by the IRS called the Mid-Market R&E Roundtable. The purpose of the committee is to allow the IRS and practitioners the opportunity to work together to improve the administration of the R&E Credit by providing a forum to openly discuss issues including its complexity, recommendations for improving the administration of the credit and how practitioners assist taxpayers with navigating through this code section.
Adam is a partner with Mueller Prost CPAs + Business Advisors, which has a strategic partnership with Monetek. He is experienced in a wide range of industries, including dental labs, healthcare, life science and biotechnology, manufacturing & distribution, plastics and software development.
Andy co-founded Monetek in 2002. He has over forty years of experience structuring technology-based transactions for clients ranging from large energy clients to small start-up companies. He has extensive experience working with technically oriented attorneys and engineers who are identifying and documenting R&D expenditures. He has made many presentations on R&D credits to groups of CPAs, attorneys and industry leaders. He is a co-founder of the National R&E Roundtable and participated in the special IRS committee set up by the IRS to improve communication with mid-market tax payers claiming R&D credits.
An inventor himself, Andy holds four patents on inventions developed with the resident inventor of the University of Michigan. He has a specialty in leveraging patents to enhance client’s R&D credit claims.
Andy is a recipient of the John Hensel Award given by the State Bar of Michigan in recognition of his extensive contributions to the arts in Michigan.

Greg is a Civil Engineer. He worked for Consumers Energy Company for over thirty years. His experience includes project and systems engineering, operations, performance improvement, project management, licensing, engineering support, risk analysis and plant systems management. Greg has provided technical engineering assistance on over fifty R&D studies. Greg received a B.S. in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University and also completed the Engineering Scientist as a Manager program at Penn State University.

Bruce has spent over twenty years identifying and documenting qualified research expenditures, totaling over $250 million, in large manufacturing plants. These activities involved diverse technological fields such as chemistry, material science, physics, software development, mechanics, and other engineering concentrations. Bruce also has extensive manufacturing and technical expertise from first-hand experience as a plant superintendent for a Fortune 300 company’s manufacturing facility. Bruce has authored several publications on the research tax credit. He has an undergraduate degree in physics from California State University, and a law degree from McGeorge School of Law.
